Questions
How does payment work?
Payment is by PayPal. Once we have reviewed your order, we email you the PayPal payment instructions.
What languages are included?
Basic includes 1 language, Essential up to 2 and Premium up to 3. More languages can be added as an extra.
How many revisions do I get?
Basic includes 2 revision rounds, Essential 3 and Premium 5. A revision round is one message with all your requested changes together; mistakes we make are fixed free and do not count. After you approve the draft, further changes count as additional rounds (€10 each).
How do guests RSVP?
Guests open your invitation link and reply with the RSVP form inside it. We share their replies with you.
How long does delivery take?
Your invitation is prepared within 5–7 business days after payment is confirmed.
What happens after the invitation is sent?
You receive a private link to share with your guests by message, email or social media, and their replies are collected for you.
